Our Mission
The ING Fellowship aims to inspire, nurture, and guide young people in Inglewood and the Greater South Bay Area to organize, mobilize, and address different issues affecting these communities. We provide young people with the skills necessary to increase civic engagement and make a positive impact in their communities.
Our Vision
We envision that marginalized identities in Inglewood and the Greater South Bay Area feel empowered to use their voices to advocate for the preservation of their communities despite the impacts of gentrification.
