About
Our Story
The ING Fellowship began as an idea among a group of friends and community members who thought that there were not enough outlets in Inglewood for young people to voice their thoughts, ideas, and concerns about different issues affecting the Inglewood community.
As the group shared different experiences of growing up in Inglewood, the group realized there were similar views on a need to create a leadership pipeline for young people to develop and become civic engagement leaders in Inglewood. Over the course of a year, the group collectively envisioned and created the ING Fellowship.
