Gentrification has exacerbated the lack of affordable housing, so our 2022 cohort advocated for Tenants Rights in Inglewood, CA. EMPOWERING TENANTS consists of a toolkit which is also featured on our social media, as well as a Know Your Rights workshop and community resource fair that took place in Inglewood, CA. 

The toolkit includes educational materials, resources, and funds across Los Angeles, that can provide support to the tenant community in Inglewood, CA. The Know Your Rights workshop and community resource fair partnered with community members and organizations already doing this work in an effort to build community, solidarity, visibility, and resistance.
